The video files are fairly large in data size and will take a little time to download. Please have patience.

To download the video files, simply click on the name and the file will download.  Or, you can right-click on each link below (cntrl-click on a Mac) and choose “Save As” or “Save Target As” or “Save Link As”.

For the eBook, you can view it in your web browser by simply clicking on it.  To download a copy to your computer, right-click on on the eBook (cntrl-click on a Mac) and choose “Save As” or “Save Target As” or “Save Link As”.

The 2 video files are Zip files.  A .Zip file is basically a container file to make sure everything is downloaded.  Once the file is downloaded to your computer, if you are using Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or any version of Mac OS X, you should be able to simply double click on the .Zip file and it will automatically expand. Sometimes in Windows, you may have to right-click on the .Zip file and select Expand or Extract.

PLEASE NOTE:  At this time, you CANNOT download these files directly to an iPad.  You must first download them to a computer, extract them, import them to iTunes and then use iTunes to sync them to your iPad.

Also, the videos are standard Quicktime .mov files that can be played on your computer using Quicktime or iTunes.  Simply double-click on the .mov file and it will launch in Quicktime or import the video to iTunes and it will be located in your Movies tab for viewing.
