Super Easy Blues Harp Cleaning Tips

Harmonica Hygiene

Scroll down for a video on  the easiest way I have come up with for cleaning your blues harps, but first,  I have a new challenge for you as a harmonica player. Are you willing to go pro with your hand washing routine / skills?

You have a couple choices. You can buy into the free-floating anxiety around the latest news on health threats. You can also focus on one scientifically proven way to avoid getting random infections. Be proactive instead of reactive.

There are now some great videos going viral on the skill of washing your hands. It’s like breathing. You can get really good at this with practice. There is no downside, only benefits.

Here is a video I found that I like a lot because it shows you before and after results using ultraviolet light.

I also like this video because when I listen to a message with a good proper English accent, it seems more intelligent than the same message delivered with an American accent.

It’s also short and to the point. I’ve seen lots of super long articles on viruses and I just don’t have the patience to wade through them yet. Give me something to do that’s effective and then let’s move on…

I’ve taken on this idea of washing my hands like I am a surgeon as my new normal. I’ve always been particular about how I wash my hands but bringing up my game up a couple more notches seems like a good thing to do these days. There is nothing wrong with a little more warm water and soap in your life…

Super Easy Blues Harp Cleaning Tips

I just made a video on cleaning harmonicas. You can find it here.

It’s the best way I have found to do a quick but good job of cleaning a blues harmonica. I’ll be posting more on this topic at my hotrodharmonica website when I get my thoughts more organized.
